Chip Outing: This package is our specialty! Small Group consists of 12 to 44 participants with

consecutive tee times includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, a poker-sized chip good for one of our

famous all-beef hot hogs, a bag of chips and the player’s choice of draft beer, water or can of soda at the turn. Sat-Sun before 2 pm: $57 or any other time $51 per participant. Large Group flat fees 8 am shotgun starts include 18 holes & a lunch chip at the turn up to 120 at: $6,600 or for a modified shotgun between 44-72: $3,900.

Weekend Cookout Outing: This package includes 18 holes of golf with a cart and after golf a buffet Catered by Addison Avenue of Italian Sausage Sandwiches, Hamburgers with all the fixins, Pasta Salad & Brownies plus a drink card good for player’s choice of a draft beer, bottle of water or can of soda. For up to 120 players: $ 6,900 flat fee for 8 am or 1 pm weekend shotgun starts. Tee times for groups between 33-72 are available for $74 per participant.

Classic Outing: This package with options. It is the traditional golf, lunch at the turn, buffet dinner

choices includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, a chip for hot dog, chips & drink at the turn followed by a buffet of Grilled Chicken Breast, Tossed Salad with Addison Ave’s homemade Ranch and Balsamic Vinaigrette, a choice of Penne Marinara, Roasted Red Potatoes or Italian Pasta Salad, a desert of Brownies or Assorted Cookies and either the card for players choice of draft beer, can of soda or bottle water or iced coolers with a variety of beverages. Shotgun starts: $7,600 flat fee for up to 120 players or modified shotgun starts for 44-72: $5,100. Tee times are not available for the classic.

Participants may not pay 3 Lakes individually for outings. All prices are based upon 2 players per golf cart. In the event of an odd number, one single player will be permitted for no additional fee. More than 1 single player is an additional $6 per cart or $10 for any non-player or volunteer needing a cart. Shotgun starts are available for a minimum of 44 and a maximum of 120 participants, begin at 8 am or 1 pm and require a $500 deposit to secure the date. In order to reserve consecutive tee times for groups over 12 participants a deposit equal to the cost of 4 is required. The deposit is applied to the grand total, due in a lump sum on the day, or consequentially forfeited if the cancellation within 7 days of the confirmed outing. Packages include tax. An automatic 10 % gratuity will be added to the total for any shotgun start.
