The trees are the only thing that stayed the same. The sequoia and western red cedar trees lining the fairways are the same ones planted when the Glen Alder Golf Course opened in 1959. They matured as the course grew to 18 holes and the name changed to Sequoia Springs. Now as the course begins its new life as the Campbell River Golf & Country Club, we’re introducing not only a brand new golf course, but a new idea of what a golf course and country club is supposed to be.
